Welcome to my site. My name is Jeffrey Williams and I am a Human Services Consultant and independent proprietor of Lion Wise Consulting Corporation specializing in child welfare, labor relations, and management consulting. I am also a consultant with the Annie E. Casey Foundation. I have ten years of child welfare management experience with the state of Michigan Department of Human Services. 

I am interested in providing consultation for your organization in the areas of child welfare, labor relations, and management. In today's human services climate, when it comes to child welfare, there is a strong move towards keeping children safe but at the same time promoting family preservation. I have worked extensively in programs that have been specifically developed to minimize the number of children coming into foster care. I also have substantial experience in management and labor relations and in gathering and evaluating data. I can therefore provide you with the necessary information regarding statistics, trends, programs, and new initiatives that are permeating the horizon of child welfare, labor relations, and management systems. My consulting services extend to a variety of sectors, including but not limited to, legal, social, educational, corporate, state, city, and governmental.
